More research and Questions about my place: (Week 5)

So after going to my place and taking photographs; creating moodboards, working on typography, I decided to dig deeper upon the idea and theme of my place and try and ask myself some more questions. Knowing already that my place is significant to me because of its peaceful atmosphere, I dug deeper and wondered about why it made me feel this way.

Also, I started questioning why do people (like me) go to an open environment or natural environment to lower my stress levels? In doing so, I started looking at articles online about the relationship between nature and mental health. Through this research, I found a few articles that spoke about this relationship. Although, most of them do not really explain why people can lower their stress levels by surrounding themselves with nature, it explains its benefits and how spending time in nature has helped people’s stress levels.

After looking at this interesting question and theme, I started to think how I could apply this through design whether it be through typography, photography or illustrations. (which I will further explain and show on another post.)
