Reflection: Overall, my typeface turned out really good and I felt like it had really shown the natural characteristics and the concept of my place. Both being literal and abstract. It has the connection between mind and place which was what I was hoping for. Moreover, having it turned into a font by the help of Johnny, turned out to be better. Although, it had removed some detailed parts of my typeface, I think that it had looked more digitalised and useable for fonts. Although not all the line and curves were there from my original one, I think that it looks less busy and really allows you to see the lines better since it’s not too crowded by more lines. I think that it had represented my concept between the connection between mind and place quite well.
