AUT SOUTH CMAPUS: (Week 1-2) / (Week 2-3)
Experimentations and investigations to showcase the ethos of AUT south campus shown through presentations and photography.
COMMUNITY NARRATIVE RESEARCH: (Week 3) / (Week 3-4)
Our group research for theme ideas, layout ideas and materials to represent the ethos of AUT South campus. Moreover, I took an interview for my chosen member of community.
PUBLICATION PROCESS: (Week 5) / (Week 5-6)
Publication process in InDesign/ research and photograph explorations.
PART A- FINAL PUBLICATION: (Week 6-7) / (Week 7)
Final group publication and mood-boards that summarise our publication from the inspirations, illustrations, layouts to photographs.
COMMUNITY NARRATIVE PART A- B PRESENTATION: (Week 7)
Slideshow presentation of my chosen member of community. The slideshow shows my interview with Franz (chosen member) and explanation of his involvements and who he is a as a person.
PART B- GRIDS AND EXPERIMENTATIONS: (Week 8) / (Week 8-9)
Experimenting with photoshop to enhance my photographs. Experimenting with layouts, grids and photographic explorations.
EDITING, TESTS AND FINAL PHOTOGRAPHS (Week 9 / Week 10)
Editing my photographs. For my photographs, I experimented with colour and black and white to emphasise him. Furthermore, I also started with my publication cover tests.
GRAPHIC INTERVENTION: (Week 13)
For week 13, I did my graphic intervention for Franz and showcased it as his local gym. I printed my photograph at an A1 size for everyone to see.
FINAL PRESENTATION & FINAL PHOTOSHOOT (Wk 10-11/ Wk11-12)
I continued to experiment with ways to present my publication cover and take my final photoshoots. I also interviewed Franz again and created my publication proposal.
